#design concept

Architect 9kampanad, who designed this house, is very intimate and knows the owner well. This is an advantage in the design that allows us to understand the needs of the residents. To help fulfill what the family may have overlooked. Because the house land is a long piece of land adjacent to the road on both sides, this house has entrances and exits on both sides, making it convenient for a good proportion of 2 families living in the same place.

Therefore, this house has a long corridor along the land, which connects the various living spaces of the home. By designing three courtyards to divide the span of 2 families, distributing usable areas in proportion. The courtyard also serves as a semi-outdoor patio in the middle of the house and is a shady green area. with large trees as a buffer, providing good privacy

#common area / public Area

The first floor is a public area between two living rooms, meeting the needs of two families. The dining area adopts an open layout connected to the central courtyard, making the space ventilated and comfortable. The dining table set uses free-standing furniture for easy adjustment and flexibility. Give a warm feeling by choosing wooden materials that go well with the white color of the house. Even a large family uses a single kitchen to foster family interactions.

#Private area

The second floor is a private area, such as a bedroom—a multi-purpose room for family hobbies, a comic book corner, and a monk collection room. By setting openings that match the courtyard on the first floor, green spaces can be seen, creating a sense of freshness for the second-floor house. And use external vision to block the ventilation openings to protect the privacy of the surrounding area.

Therefore, only white houses can be seen from both sides of the road. Fasad blocks vents with as many openings as necessary for privacy. We are designing courtyards and spaces in the home To extract the benefits from the environment, such as natural light and wind as needed to use in the house efficiently, creating a comfortable environment for the residents perfectly.
