The House that looks on the outside looks sober but the inside looks warm. This House was designed considering the inhabitants' surroundings, phenomena, and unique characteristics.
The House rejected the noise of the front street. As this shortcut to many routes in the Ladprao area, the designer considers privacy. Therefore, the building is laid out in an L-shaped layout and divided into three parts, with the main wall of the House being a solid wall to get the shortest distance required by law. to have sufficient usable space as needed. Each section has a functional area management based on zoning according to the criteria of the area. The designer divided the House into three parts to utilize available space and bring appropriate wind and natural light.
The language of the House is presented in a way that reflects the identity of the male inhabitants by giving a coolness with black wood on the entire exterior of the building. A black house may reflect less heat, which may make the House hot, but there are gaps in the wooden material. It plays a role in insulation, and the installation method also allows for gaps between the wood and the building, making most of the walls of the building walls. The three walls prevent black houses from accumulating heat but also help to protect heat better. The designer presents the gentleness of a woman. They use warm tones of various textures and add details to wood and stone. And different surface covering materials.
As you can see, the designer of this House is attempting to utilize both the external and internal spaces. Fully utilize residents.
