Townhomes are a type of housing that is common in urban areas. But if there is a townhome that meets the comfort conditions for homeowners like LOONNY HOUSE that allows living in the urban context not to be boring anymore, it would be good.
After the owner decided to purchase Puripuri, this modern designed townhouse project features a central garden courtyard. This is the key to creating an atmosphere. A ventilated space can perfectly meet the needs of owners.
AVIV Studio Interior designer combines the fashionable lifestyle of residents with architecture Tone: The functional layout of each area matches the architectural background. When the courtyard is the center, it is almost one-third of the size of the house. This space is like a bridge connecting the front living room and all house floors.
The open courtyard without a roof creates an atmosphere. It brings light and natural wind into the interior, creating a constantly circulating air. The design purpose of the courtyard is to provide a functional space with a staircase, a space for planting large trees, and a small fountain. We also offer a relaxing space, such as placing a bathtub, to meet the needs of residents who like to change their style based on usage. The courtyard is also a seamless passage from the first-floor kitchen to the living room and upstairs bedroom. The room can also see the green area of the central courtyard. Relax and establish interaction among residents, even if they live in different areas of the house.
The designer has an open-plan layout with the kitchen and dining area at the back of the first floor leading to the courtyard. With a semi-outdoor zone, the homeowner's favorite corner that can sit all day without air conditioning is connected to the courtyard up to the upper living room, designed using floating furniture, like the white sofa, which is arranged to bring the view to the courtyard.
The master bedroom has modified the original slatted windows to be aluminum framed glass that can be opened wide to see the courtyard as if there was no glass to block. The walk-in closet area uses 2 glass doors to connect the rooms. The mirror reflects natural light, brightening the room and allowing you to see the trees in the middle of the courtyard.
The bedroom on the 3rd floor has been adjusted from the original plan. By dividing the space into a walk-in closet, separate from the bedroom area, the designer still maintains the concept of connecting the area to the courtyard. The bathroom on this floor is more remarkable because the designer intentionally made a hidden door similar to a closet door. When opening the entrance to the bathroom, the middle area can see the courtyard and the sky at the same time.
The furniture and materials are mainly in white, wood, and marble tones, which are somewhat fashionable and minimalist according to the owner's personality. Focus on using floating furniture in the design to adjust according to your preferences. The characteristic furniture of the house is the pantry bar, customized with unique food-grade marble. It can be adjusted to a suitable lifestyle preparation area and bar table.
This house has high-quality space and can be used to design more indoor spaces to meet owners' preferences. In addition, the atmosphere of nature is open, with light and wind coming in like a villa. Make this house a unique space that perfectly charges the bustling residents of Bangkok.
