Not far from the business district on Ratchada Road. The area is called the New Chinese area. Surrounded by restaurants or businesses from mainland China, In a small alley just 700 meters from the subway station, a young couple wants a place. Living to start a family The problem is that the house must accommodate the family's expansion in the future and be surrounded by green space in a limited area.

The beginning of this house starts with telling the activities expected to happen in this new house for both the husband and wife. The design and development will be based on the intentions of the couple. They are starting with dividing the area to have free space. Front of the house and back of the house By placing the primary use such as eating between this space. After that, arrangements were made to divide usage among the homeowners. The service area is divided into left wing and right wing. The husband and wife's office is on the left wing, with a staircase connecting to the dining area as the middle step.

On the other hand, on the right wing, all services, such as the water pump room Until the clothes drying place, are arranged in a long line, surrounding the space at the back. The same is true in the upper floors. The current active area is positioned on the left wing. From the front of the house to the back of the house From the main bedroom until my daughter's bedroom On the opposite side, the future child's bedroom was prepared for the future. They are connected. Living room for our three future children The main vacant areas of the house were filled in by landscape architects to respond to the building's use. The empty area in front of the house was prepared as a parking area and surrounded by shrubs under a clear canopy to help with growth. Growth of green space. It reaches the house's entrance and connects to the dense green area surrounding the office in front of the house.

The fish pond is designed to be between the usable area of the house and the green space. On the other hand, the free space Behind the house, the landscape architect placed a swimming pool that was compact but able to respond well to the homeowners, along with a waterfall wall that created an atmosphere for the backyard area. A large tree was placed in the center of the backyard. This important tree is Enough to create shade for the dining room inside. In addition, landscape architects also design gardens for spaces. Working towards the back of the house, the bamboo fence, bamboo trees, and even the moss on the floor are designed to reduce stress and respond to use—work, whether meditation or working during the night, very well. In addition, the surrounding space from the retreating distance has also been filled in with green space to make the limited home area surrounded by greenery from trees. This house has taught us one thing: Allowing the homeowner to have a higher share in decision-making than the designer does not necessarily mean the results will be wrong. On the other hand, it allows us to see different results, Expressing the work's identity in another form, The format the owner wants, Appearance, or language.

Unusual architecture It is something that challenges us to get out of our old ways. And it will also make you happier—a model from the designer's original residential design perspective.
